Indications :

Urinary Tract Infections.
Lower Respiratory Tract Infections.
Septicaemia, Bacteremia.
Infections in Immunocompromised patients.

Dosage:

Adult : 1-2gm BID.
Paediatric : 10mg/kg BID.
